I do not have an account with Brown & Saenger. How do I order?
Call Customer Service at (800) 952-3509) or e-mail us at contactus@brown-saenger.com. Let us know you would like to open an account for online ordering. One of our sales representatives will contact you with more information. We have many programs and the representative will ask you questions about your company in order to apply a program to best suit all your needs. You may prefer to download an application for credit and fax or mail it to us. The address and fax numbers are on the form. You can also see forms for download on our Home Page.
Billing Info
Will I receive my invoices from Brown & Saenger the way I currently do?
Yes. A hard copy invoice will be sent just as we do now. We do offer multiple invoicing methods: individual order, monthly statement, monthly invoice, invoice register with departmentalized breakdowns, reports and credit cards. Please discuss these with your Customer Care or Sales Representative if you have special needs. Faxing invoices will be available in the future.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. Brown & Saenger accepts Master Card, Visa, and Discover cards.
Is it safe to use a credit card online? How can I be sure?
Our order desk is a Verisign secure site.
Ordering Capabilities
Can I customize my purchases departmentally?
Our online ordering system will allow as many departments as your company has, including new users and additional delivery addresses.
Can I customize my purchases by price and product?
The online catalog is customized with the product that is proprietary to your account, as well as the special prices your sales rep has set for you. Favorites will allow you to build your own quick list of products you order frequently.
