"The Highway Department recently purchased office furniture from Brown & Saenger. I would personally like to extend my gratitude to you and your staff for the superior service the Department received throughout the process.   I began working with Kaia on the order and she was especially helpful, even staying after 5pm on my first visit in order to show me available options. Kaia kept me updated on the status of the order and made a visit during the installation to make sure everything was moving along. I had a few questions after the installation and Kaia made an additional trip to my office to discuss the questions.  Steve, Nick, and Sean completed the installation. They were professional, courteous, and very efficient. The furniture looks wonderful! I look forward to working with your team in the future!
